Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling before registering for a class.

Cancellations and Refunds
Students who cancel their registration at least 72 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, you may reschedule your training within 90 days of the original class date, subject to class availability.

Student Conduct and Safety
For the safety of all participants, students are expected to follow all instructor directions and safety guidelines. Students who are disruptive, unsafe, or fail to follow instructions may be asked to leave the class. In such cases, the student will not be eligible for a refund.
